Pedestrian Alert System (PAS) cautions MHE operators
about the presence of a pedestrian at a settable distance
between 0-10 meters.
COLLISION AVOIDANCE SYSTEM
Our Collision Avoidance System (CAS) cautions forklift
drivers of the presence of another truck at a settable
distance between 0-10 meters.
ANTI CRASH SYSTEM (ACS)
The anti-crash system consists of a sensor that are mounted on a side of the MHE. Multiple ACS nodes can
be put on the MHE to ensure that there is no blind spot. Depending on the MHE model, the machine can be
configured to automatically slow down or stop as soon as it comes too close to an obstacle.
BLIND SPOT DETECTION
Our Blind Spot Detection System cautions forklift
drivers of the presence of another truck at a blind
spot with in distance between 0-10 meters.
ACCESS CONTROL UNIT
Fingerprint, Keypad, and RFID sensors are used to ensure
only authenticated operators operate the MHE.
OPERATOR HELMET INTERLOCK SYSTEM
MHE’s operator put the safety helmet correctly with chin
strip belt interlock then only he can operate the machine.
SEAT BELT INTERLOCK SYSTEM
MHE’s operator put the safety seat belt interlock then
only he can operate the machine.
OPERATOR BEHAVIOUR MONITORING SYSYTEM
Impact sensor is used to detect rash driving as well as
impacts by the operator.
